Custom Mill Shop
Hatch and Bailey’s custom mill shop is staffed with dedicated workers who can precision-mill material to your exact size and specifications. We handle a wide range of millwork needs, using special equipment to deliver high-quality results when it comes to re-sawing, ripping, planing and precision cutting.
Our mill shop can custom manufacture mouldings in a variety of species, such as ash, birch, cedar, cherry, mahogany, oak, pines, poplar, teak and walnut. We stock up to 8/4 lumber in oak, mahogany, poplar and birch. We can also handle your own material.
You can select from our numerous traditional, historical and period style profiles. We can also mould to your own design—or match an existing or historically significant profile.
Hatch and Bailey’s experienced craftsmen can custom design and manufacture anything from bookcases, cabinets, entryways, windows and doors to store displays, louvers, historical reproductions and architectural mouldings.
